| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert Total Coliform DETAILS: Phone consultation with Kirankit on 3/19/08, 3/21 and 3/25/08 regarding 3 of the 5 routine samples dated 3/13/08 being total coliform positive and what corrective action would be taken. The facility contacted Oregon Water Services for help with the problem. I received a call from Dan at Oregon Water Services (541-953-8120) on 3/26/08. The problem is from the chemical feed pump tubing not being connected properly. The chemical tubing was reconnected and there is now chlorine being fed correctly into the system. The public notice for total coliform is still posted. ACTION NEEDED: Kirankit indicated that she would have a special sample taken 3/27/08 and then do 5 routine samples for April. | ||
