| Details: | SUMMARY: FU to TC+ Repeat DETAILS: Spoke with Mr. Clifton regarding his second positive TC. He noted that the positive came from the end of the line where the chlorine residule was low. He was advised to increase chlorine residual at the end of the line to .2-.5 and flush the system. He will then take a special sample to confirm problem is fixed. He was advised to send out a public notice within 30 days and take 5 repeat samples if the problem is resolved. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
