| Details: | SUMMARY: The routine sample collected on 3/20/08 tested positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: 3/24/08 - I left a message at the restaurant to have Wanda call me. 3/25/08 - I will meet with Wanda on 3/26/08 to assist her with the development of a Coliform sampling plan and to collect repeat samples. 03/26/08 - After my site visit it is clear that the bathroom faucet used to collect the routine sample is a questionable sample faucet (it also had a screen on it at the time the sample was collected). I assisted Wanda in locating a good sample faucet (kitchen sink). I personally collected another routine sample from the kitchen sink that tested negative for Total Coliform. The previous sample was not representative and should be invalidated ( please see attached) ACTION NEEDED: no further action is necessary. | ||
