| Details: | SUMMARY: Non-reporting Nitrate DETAILS: I left a message on their phone on 5-29-08 as a follow up to the Non-reporting letter mailed to them on 4-21-08. The call was returned today, asking me for our fax number, and informing me that Coffey Labs would fax me the 2007 results. I received the fax this pm, and will now send them to Portland for entry into the database. ACTION NEEDED: Just entering this test result into SDWIS. | ||
