| Details: | 05.22.20 the new operator of this system (Mr. Eric Grim) contacted me and informed me that this year the US Forest Service plans to reopen Butler Bar CG on July 1 through September 30. Starting next year, their operational schedule will be May 1 through September 30. This is a simple handpump in a small campground with no distribution so the “non-EPA” state classification still appears to apply. The operator plans to shock and flush the well, pull a special sample, collect nitrate and coliform samples and complete and submit the seasonal start up form. A request to re-activate the system was sent to the DWS compliance office on 05.22.20. |
