| Details: | SUMMARY: Restaurant violation for failure to go through the plan review process for new well DETAILS: Holly Skogley and I visited Gene to administer a critical restaurant violation for failure to go through the plan review process on the new well. I assisted Gene again (see CR dated 10/24/07) in helping him compile the required documents for initiating plan review for the new well. He also needs to monitor for IOCs ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Call Marsha Fox and check on PR material in one month. Check SDWIS for IOC results. | ||
