| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring and Reporting violations DETAILS: Dan called and left me a message in response to a certified letter I sent him regarding lack of monitoring for the water system. Dan said that he did monitor for both total coliform and nitrates back in October 2007 and he assumed everything was back on track and was in compliance. I contacted the lab and verified the monitoring was done but the lab said the samples were marked as private and thats why they were not reported. I had the lab fax me the test results. I left a return message for Dan asking him to contact the lab and have the testing sent to DHS and to make sure all future samples are labeled properly and forwarded to DHS. I also asked Dan to take this quarters coliform sample by the end of February 2008. The water system currently has 7 TCR and ! NO3 violations for lack of reporting.
