| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR samples not reported DETAILS: TCR samples not reported for all of 2007, 2nd - 4th quarters 2006, and 3rd quarter 2005. NO3 sample for 2005 and 2007 not reported. 12/21/07: Called Narrows Tavern and left message with operator for Eric Scatchard. 1/16/08: Called again and talked to Eric Scatchard. He agreed to fax copies of results for 2006 and 2007. We discussed reporting samples for the next 2 quarters to be removed from the SNC list. Results were not faxed. 1/30/08: Called Eric again at home but no answer so message was left with the bar tender. 2/06/08: Visited Narrows Tavern for a semi-annual inspection but Eric was unavailable. Cited a violation on the semi-annual inspection for failure to report water quality and gave the facility 14 days to achieve compliance. 2/08/08: Sample reports for 2006 NO3, 2006 4th quarter, and 2007 3rd quarter were faxed. All other samples were unavailable. Eric agreed to fax results to us in the future to show compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Take quarterly TCR samples in 2008 and 1 yearly NO3 sample. Submit all samples to the DHS Drinking Water Program. | ||
