| Details: | SUMMARY: Not enough repeat TCR samples 4th quarter 2007 DETAILS: Spoke with Budh Sidhu over the phone. He said he only took 3 repeat samples in December 2007 which are posted on SDWIS. He agreed to take 5 repeat samples next week. I observed that the system has had positive TCR results in November for the past two years and suggested that taking the samples in October rather than November may be helpful. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples for first quarter 2008 | ||
