Details:	SUMMARY: Called Mr. Krank to get an update on the actions he has taken regarding the 7/2/07 AO. DETAILS: I discussed the incorrect Boil Water Advisory that was faxed to me by Angela Webb on 3/10/08 and discussed my intent to draw samples today at the park. Mr. Krank stated that he was still unsure about how to proceed with the next step of the AO. We discussed what he has done to date - video tap inside of the well and discuss connecting to City of Sweet Home water. Mr. Krank was adamant about not wanting to connect to City water. I reminded him of John McEvoys December 28, 2007 letter thoroughly reviewing the requirements of the AO and suggesting that Mr. Krank contact HBH Engineering for help or suggestion since they are aware of the parks issues. I ended up thoroughly reviewing the AO myself with Mr. Krank and I suggested he contact an engineering firm or at least start with a company like Stutzman Services who could direct him to the correct company for help. Mr. Krank said that he understood our conversation and he know now what he needed to do. We discussed in detail how important it is for him to find a qualified and certified operator for the water system. He assured me that he would call me and let me know when he has found a new certified water system operator. I told him I would be going out to the mobile home park later today to post the new PN and I would like to take some CB samples. He gave his permission for me to do so. He said I would not be able to take a sample from the well because John has the key to the building and he did not want me to make contact with Mr. Webb considering his temper. Mr. Krank said he didnt want anymore trouble out there. I told him it was not my intention to contact Mr. Webb, in fact, I wanted to try and avoid him. ACTION NEEDED: Wait to hear from Mr. Krank regarding the AO, new certified operator.
