| Details: | The system collected their routine coliform sample on 5/6/20. It was positive for total coliform bacteria. The message to the system regarding the positive sample was not received, therefore the follow up samples were not collected. This triggered a Level 1 investigation form. The system called about the form and we also discussed the positive sample. There was a free chlorine residual of 0.2. I told the water system to fill out the level 1 form and send in. They are to take their regular monthly sample in June. Further action will be based on the result. | ||
