| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate monitoring schedule DETAILS: February 26, 2008 Pete Farrelly of the DWP wrote an email to Ellen Laymon. Pete wrote, " A very weird thing happened to Whiskey Hill Stores nitrate schedule last year. It is fixed now. The short story is that you may need to remind them to take annual samples from the Entry Point (not the distribution) annually." Ellen asked me to contact the facility regarding this information. I contacted the owner of the facility Sam Bahrami. I advised him that he only needs to sample and test for nitrate once per year. Mr. Bahrami said that he understood. ACTION NEEDED: Nitrate samples must be taken and tested annually. | ||
