| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Since contact in November 2007 a coliform sample was submitted in December. Open enforcement was ongoing since August. Nothing else was done ACTION NEEDED: Told Mr. Brown he needed to take 6 coliform samples 1 a month for 6 months, post public notice for failure to report and take nitrate sample. I once again provided him with info to complete what was needed to get back into compliance. | ||
