| Details: | SUMMARY: State regulated/non-EPA system - routine sample taken 4/4/08+TC DETAILS: 4/9/08 - Called and left message for Linda Curtis. Told her to be sure to take 4 repeat samples. If all negative be sure to take 5 temporary routine samples in May. 4/18/08 - Talked to Linda. She took 4 repeats yesterday. I also informed her that she needs to take a 2008 Nitrate. She said she will get a nitrate sample done on the next sample. I told her to be sure to take 5 temp. routines in May. She said she will. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor situation | ||
