| Details: | SUMMARY: Monthly routine TC + for sample date 4/1/08 DETAILS: 4/4/08 - Left message with Penny Stevens (alt.phone # in file). Amy Kims phone number disconnected. Left instructions on Pennys voice mail that the water system had a positive TC sample from 4-1-08. They needed to pull 4 repeats asap. 4/8/08 received call from penny Stevens and she gave me the new phone # for the system contact Amy Kim. 4/8/08 - Called Amy Kim and she informed me that the system had a rather large leak that they were in the process of fixing. They would have a plumber out to repair the system on 4/9/08 and pull repeats after the repair was finished. I told her to take the 4 routines for the month of May. 4/11/08 Amy called and left message that the leak was fixed and the repeats had been pulled the day before and were on the way to the lab. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. Sent inventory update form with updated phone # to DHS-DWP. | ||
