| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform sampling not reported DETAILS: 04/22/08: I attempted to contact the operator (Kriss Schneider) by phone. I left a message informing him of the violation and to contact me right away. I contacted the operator by phone and informed him that the state did not receive coliform test results for Feb. and March 2008. The operator had a lab take the samples and submit the test results. He stated he has copies of the test results for those months. I asked him to send them into the state DWP right away. SDWIS now shows Feb, March and April test results. Resolved. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
