| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform positive test results DETAILS: I attempted to contact Stephanie Beall Feb. 29, and March 19, 2008. No response from ODF. Today I was able to talk with Stephanie Beall by phone. We discussed the alert and follow up she did. They had shocked the well and did 4 repeats March 4, 2008 and 5 routines March 11 and 18, 2008. All repeats and routines noted above were negative for coliform. A routine coliform sample was taken Apr. 1, 2008 and the result was negative. All of the above tests are on SDWIS.
