| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert - Coliform Total DETAILS: Attempted to contact Jim Billo via phone at 5:15pm however was only able to speak with Crystal Lewis (Seawinds, Administrative Assistant.) We informed Crystal of the requirement to immediately take 4 repeat water samples (2 upstream and 2 downstream of original sample) within 24 hours and to take 5 additional routine samples during the month of May (2 upstream and 2 downstream and 1 at the site of the original sample). Crystal took notes of the conversation and agreed to pass the message to Jim Billo as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor SDWIS: verify actions take place, review water samples, evaluate the need for future action | ||
