| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up on rpt positive TCR DETAILS: Informed Dee that according to OAR 333-061-0036(5)(k)(B) - since one of the repeat samples came back positive from the same location as the routine - the samples invalidate each other. Need to take one more routine sample for June - as long as that is negative - they are back on schedule - the 5 routines for July are not needed. ACTION NEEDED: Take one more routine sample for June. | ||
