| Details: | SUMMARY: 3rd qt 2007 TCR reported late and none reported 2nd qt 2007. DETAILS: Major routine samples not reported for Jan 2007 and 2008. Major repeat samples not reported for Dec 2007. No NO3 reported for 2007. Talked to manager 4/24/08 and left a message for the owner (Helen) communicating which samples were missing. Due to return following week. 5/7/08 Talked to Helen on the phone. She said she would fax the missing sample results to Douglas County and mail the sample results to the State DW Program. She was unaware of the necessary 5 routine samples due after a positive reading. We discussed timely reporting and communication with the lab to send sample results. ACTION NEEDED: Fax sample results to the county. Mail missing results to the State. Provide samples quarterly in a timely manner. | ||
