| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR qt samples not provided for 2007, 3rd and 4th qt 2006. NO3 not reported for 2007 or 2006. DETAILS: Left message 1/30/08, 4/17/08. Talked to Tammy Teal 4/18/08 new manager of the RV Park. She was recently hired as the new manager and said that the past manager was not sampling or reporting as needed. There were a few samples that had been taken in 2006 and 2007 that were not reported. She agreed to communicate to the lab to send past sample results to the State. We discussed proper sampling technique and she said she would take the coliform and NO3 sample by Monday the 21st. ACTION NEEDED: Send letter outlining sampling plan and SNC explanation to Tammy Teal. Change the contact information on file to include Tammy Teal as the main contact. | ||
