| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up re: non reporting of nitrate or TC DETAILS: Spoke to Jeff Marquardt 5-29-08. He had originally left a message because he thought there was a mistake in sending him the generic letter that out to all Non-EPA systems in April. He did not understand the letter because systems as small as this have not heard from DWP in awhile. I informed him about his responsibilities for regular water testing. He was not happy to hear from a new government regulator. Nonetheless, he checked in with the lab he had used in the past (Analytical), and I also confirmed with Sue at Analytical Labs that she would work with Jeff on meeting the nitrate and TC testing requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Check for posting of new results. | ||
