| Details: | SUMMARY: Radon Reporting in Consumer Confidence Reports DETAILS: Gresham began using Rockwood PUDs well water in 2007. Rockwood sampled the raw well for Radon when the well was installed in 2003, prior to when Gresham began using the well water in 2007. Rockwood never sampled the finished water for Radon. Because the raw water Radon sample was taken prior to any treatment after the wellhead, it is not finished water. Radon is currently not regulated. The rule requires reporting only of finished water detections of Radon in the CCR. Therefore, Gresham is not required to report anything in their CCR. Furthermore, Gresham is not required to report data collected prior to when they began using the water source, in their CCRs. ACTION NEEDED: No action required of Gresham at this time. | ||
