| Details: | SUMMARY: Checking on violation for not reporting AS on quarterly schedule DETAILS: This PWS showed up on a list of NR violations for AS early 2008. They installed a new AS treatment system in January, and are now on a quarterly schedule for AS. AS results have not yet been submitted to DWP since the new system went in. Dave Rooney called back to say he will look for the lab results for the first quarter and submit them, and the second quarter sample has just been sent to the lab. I received the first quarter results by fax 6-19-08. I also informed Dave that DBPs need to be tested this summer. ACTION NEEDED: Await report of AS sample taken during first and second quarter of 2008. | ||
