| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to TCR and E. Coli positive June sample DETAILS: I spoke with Tamara and informed her of the positive test results. I asked her to take 4 repeat samples and then 5 routine samples in July. She was going to go ahead and start a boil water notice. She also was going to start a shock treatment. I emailed her the boil water notice used last year at their system. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples ASAP - then 5 routine samples in July. | ||
