| Details: | SUMMARY: Recommendations for blow off sizing DETAILS: System provides water to approximately 6,800 persons, through 3,000 connections. Water supply is the Abiqua Dam. Mr Peters contact HBH in an effort to gain assistance with several operational issues. For this contact, Mr Peters was seeking guidance on sizing requirements for distribution system blow-offs. I researched design requirements for blow-offs on various sized water lines. Composed report which recommended proper blow-off sizes for flushing and end-of-line blow-offs.
