| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey Assistance DETAILS: System was referred by DWP for technical assistance follow up from a water system survey conducted Feb 26, 2008. Several significant deficiencies were identified during the survey as well as water pressure problems. The System purchases water from the City of Corvallis. I met with Cammie to review all of the deficiencies that I can provide assistance with and discussed follow up activities. I also reviewed the Emergency Response Plan worksheets and helped her determine what information she needs to complete the plan. ACTION NEEDED: Prepare a cross connection enabling authority, a written coliform sampling plan and operation and maintenance manual. | ||
