| Details: | SUMMARY: Equipment Assistance DETAILS: System has made application for the State Revolving Loan money. The system has 64 connections and an approximate population of 150 people. System has made some changes to the project scope of a previous funding application and is seeking additional assistance regarding a new application. I spoke with Randall Reitz and Dan Reitz regarding their system, planned improvements and the application requirements. I discussed with Dan how to meet the requirements of each application attachment and discussed what is needed on each map. I also discussed With them what an engineering feasibility study is and what information we would need to complete it and why it is required. ACTION NEEDED: Will review their completed application and perform the engineering feasibility study under the HBH. | ||
