| Details: | I spoke with the system operator. There was confusion about who was doing what, with Scott only recently realizing the ball is in his court. I have provided the Waiver from Construction Standards application and asked that the operator complete the document and provide the supporting documents discussed on the phone. I am moving the compliance date for this deficiency to July 1st, 2020 in honor of this operator's renewed efforts to reach compliance with setbacks from hazards. | ||
