| Details: | SUMMARY: VOC M & R Violation Follow-up DETAILS: This system received a violation for not reporting VOC in 2007. I called contact for water system (Randy Whobrey) on 7/1/08 and he said that they did not take sample as required. I notified him that he should take a sample for 2008 as soon as possible. Also, notified him that this violation will remain in our database. I also reminded him that he needs to report the violation per Regs in upcoming CCR. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 2008 VOC. | ||
