| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate exceeds half MCL ( Sample taken 1/3/08) DETAILS: I left a message asking Nancy to continue with quarterly nitrate testing-- so far it has not exceeded the MCL yet. I also said that I would like to do a sanitary survey of the system and would appreciate if she would call me back so we could set up a time to do that. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time regarding this alert. Need to do a sanitary survey. | ||
