| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert nitrate DETAILS: On December 26, 2007 tested nitrate level. On January 10, 2008 the results of the nitrate sample was found to be 7.8 mg/l. An alert was issued on January 25, 2008. ACTION NEEDED: I contacted Mr. Lee, the stores owner, to inform him that as a result of the previous nitrate sample he needed to test nitrate quarterly instead of annually. Mr. Lee said he understood and would contact the company that takes his water samples for the required testing. I sent a letter to Mr. Lee as a follow-up to our conversation via phone. I also submitted a Chemical Monitoring Schedule Change Form to the DHS Drinking Water Program. | ||
