| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TCR and E-Coli positive DETAILS: Initially David called at 12:00 letting us know of the positive test results. Amy informed him he would need to take 4 repeat samples. He said he would have them in the next morning. We received the email alert and Gary also called him and due to the holiday weekend we wanted the samples done that day. So, Amy and Gary went and took the samples. We then dropped them off at the lab at about 5:05 Wednesday evening. While we were there, Gary informed David what he should do in the event he had another positive test result: bottled water, canned pop and buy ice for starters. Amy also called and left a message for the county health sanitarian, Melissa Neuman. ACTION NEEDED: Took 4 repeat samples. Once the results are in well go from there. | ||
