| Details: | SUMMARY: VOC Sampling Violation for 2007 DETAILS: I called Pat Strader with the City of Powers on 6/27/08 to notify him of their violation of 2007 VOC sampling and reporting. Paul said he would investigate and get back to me. Paul called me back on 7/3/08 to report that the City had failed to sample VOC in 2007. I recommended that they go ahead and sample for their 2008 VOC requirement soon (he indicated that it was scheduled to be done in September - OK) and that the 2007 violation would need to be addressed in future CCR per the Public Water System Regulations. He indicated that they had recently sent out 2007 CCR. I told them to address this violation in their 2008 CCR. He also indicated that they had just put together a new sampling/monitoring schedule and hopefully from this point forward they will meet all requirements ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
