| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Quarterly routine positive on 3/29/08. Called system on 4/1 and discussed. One repeat had already been taken to lab, but they only had one sample bottle and system is 50 miles east of Bend making it difficult to get additional samples in on time. 3 other repeats taken on 4/28/08. All 4 absent. Jerry stated that there was some work done on the pump/pump house and that may have caused the positive. ACTION NEEDED: Take one routine sample in May and then go back to quarterly sampling starting 3rd qtr 2008. | ||
