| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan review DETAILS: Spoke with Eric Duhn who is part owner of McKenzie Bridge Cabins, he is working on getting the well raised above grade. I answered his questions about 100 year flood level, it doesnt look like the well is located in 100 yr flood zone according to lane co. GIS maps. I discussed pros/cons of installing a pitless adapter. I mentioned the well head needs to be 12 inches above grade. He is working with John @ Caseys well drilling to raise the wellhead. Plan review #212-2007. ACTION NEEDED: raise wellhead above grade. Let us know when work is done so we can final P.R. | ||
