| Details: | SUMMARY: inactivated PWS after response to non-reporting letter DETAILS: Guy phoned in because I had sent a non-reporting letter to one of the owners, Terry McGhehey. We had not received any test results in years. Thats because the place burned down in March, 2006. Guy Lauziere is a contractor for Redstone Construction, and they are rebuilding the Log Cabin facilities. Although Terry McGhehey is still one of the owners, an HOA will manage the 22 new cabins that will obtain water from the old well (91833). Then they have drilled a new well to service the new restaurant. Both these PWSs will need plan review. Guy asked what we would need so they can be back in operation in spring 2009, so I am sending this info to Marsha Fox in Portland. ACTION NEEDED: I inactivated the system on SDWIS back to March 2006, and asked Chuck Michael to erase the violations since then. Marsha Fox will follow up on the Plan Review elements. | ||
