| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: System missed 1st qur 2008 routine coliform and 4/24/08 routine positive for both total and e-coli. Made a site visit same day and discussed with Mary McKenzie. All 4 homes already notified by phone or in person. Repeat sample taken on 28th verified positive for both again. I waived the 3 additional repeats as we had already established the problem. Discussed making improvements identified during 1/18/08 survey including replacing old piping and removing un-used cartridge filter in pumphouse. Spoke with Terry same afternoon and he faxed me copy of public notice even though all parties were already informed. Discussed chlorination (using liquid bleach NOT Cal Hypo pucks) and taking special samples to check. ACTION NEEDED: Discussed possibility of requiring chlorine in future if cause of contamination is not found. | ||
