| Details: | SUMMARY: MPA monitoring results indicate that water system should be reclassified from GW to GWUDI. DETAILS: Water system completed two MPAs and the results were above the risk score of 20. The system was reclassified as GWUDI (see letter regarding Determination of Groundwater Under the Direct Influence of Surface Water, dated January 29, 2007) and will be required to install treatment for surface water. ACTION NEEDED: Install surface water treatment and comply with the Surface Water Treatment Rule. | ||
