| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to + TCR alert DETAILS: When taking the sample, Mike noticed no residual chlorine. Sample submitted and came back positive. Informed the Chemistry department at the plant and apparently the in-take pump receiving lines had not been working properly the past month. Since the alert, work orders had been sent out and the system is functioning again. Mike did post notices at all entrances and drained the ice maker. I asked he email me the notice he posted. The 4 repeat samples were going to be collected 7/8. ACTION NEEDED: 5 RT samples for August | ||
