| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Action Level Alert 2008 DETAILS: All four sources were tested on 4/2/08 and 3 were above one half the action level with the highest result being 7.3. I contacted Minerva by phone and reminded her that their requirement for nitrate testing is to monitor EP -A, B, C in the fourth quarter and EP-D in the third quarter. All sources have been designated R&C below MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Sent letter to operator outlining monitoring requirements for Nitrates. | ||
