| Details: | I reached out to the system operator because the significant deficiency for an Operations and Maintenance Manual has not been corrected. The operator mentioned some staff changes that left the duty forgotten. I have sent the operator an email with handouts describing the purpose of an OM Manual, how to create one, and a worksheet to help them fashion the most basic of OM Manuals. The operator expects to have the OM Manual prepared by the end of next week, June 5th, 2020. |
