| Details: | SUMMARY: + Routine TC April 2008 DETAILS: Spoke with John on the phone and informed him to take 4 more repeats. He said he has already taken 1 and it was absent for TC. He said he would take 3 more asap. I asked him about the disinfection system required by current AO (it has conditional plan review approval) - John said they were shopping around for a few other bids. I asked them to make a decision asap and get the work started - he agreed. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on 3 more repeat samples. | ||
