| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed purchasing hauled water. DETAILS: Ms. Bain is the new owner and was unaware of upcoming LT2 SWTR requirements. She would like to abandon the surface water source, and since groundwater in the area is of poor quality, she has decided to purchase hauled water from the City of Grants Pass. I told her that her monitoring requirements would then consist of a monthly coliform sample. ACTION NEEDED: She will inform me when the tank, pump,etc. have been installed for the puchased water, and I will then change the system classification in SDWIS. I have informed Wendy Marshall at EPA of this upcoming change, and will contact her again when the change-over is complete. | ||
