Details:	Called Josh to discuss the violation. He mentioned he recently took over this system and wasn't aware 2 routines per month were required (he only reported one in April). So far only one sample has been reported for May, so the WS will likely get another reporting violation next month. Josh apologized and said he would begin collecting 2 routines per month.
