| Details: | SUMMARY: May 2, 2008 spoke in person with Lowell Beeman concerning elevated nitrate levels (8.889mg/l) in their sample dated 3/24/08 from EP-A or Well #1 (UNIO 639). DETAILS: Multiple telephone contacts were attempted on 4/28/08, 4/29/08 and 4/20/08 but unable to speak with water personnel. This system had a nitrate sample measurement of 8.89 mg/l during March 2008 ACTION NEEDED: Need to perform quarterly sampling of EP-A or Well #1, and when weather permitting locate possible source of nitrate contamination. | ||
