| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert - coliform DETAILS: April 9, 2008: I attempted to contact operator (Jeff Urbach) by phone. I left a message on his voice mail notifying him of the alert for coliform and the required 4 repeat samples. I asked him to call me back to discuss this further. I called again and spoke to operator. He is aware of the alert and notified the lab to take repeats. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
