Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: I contacted the operator Jeff Urbach by phone. I notified him of the alert for coliform (total). He understands he needs to shock the system and he contacted a well service company to check the well for problems. I faxed him info on shocking his well and public notice reporting. I also informed him of the required 4 repeats after shocking well and if they are negative the 5 routine the following month. ACTION NEEDED: SDWIS shows 4 repeats Rec. April 15, 2008
