| Details: | SUMMARY: HAA5 MCL Exceeded DETAILS: Spoke to Thomas Merrell regarding the results of HAA5 sampling over the past 12 months (July 2007 - June 2008). The RAA for that time period is over the 0.060 MCL. He said he was in the process of preparing a public notice for delivery to customers. I told him I would send a letter regarding any additional requirements. ACTION NEEDED: System to issue HAA5 public notice and send a copy of the notice to DWP. DWP to send a letter with any additional requirements. | ||
