| Details: | SUMMARY: Greg called 4/3/08 to inform me of the positive total coliform result was taken on 3/31/08. DETAILS: Spoke with Greg on 4/7/08. He reported to me that the chlorinator pump had malfunctioned - the pump was pulling in air and not enough chlorine. They took it in to the shop for repairs and put it back online today. This morning he drew 5 repeat samples and took them to the Waterlab. I stressed the importance of taking free chlorine residual readings within the distribution daily. ACTION NEEDED: Greg will call me with results of the repeat sampling by Wednesday. Discussed that 5 temporary routines are also due in April. | ||
